Job Responsibilities

As an operator within Sweden Operations and Sweden Biologics, you play an important role in the business by ensuring quality and contributing to customer confidence in the product. You monitor production, handle machines/equipment, perform minor maintenance tasks, and document your ongoing work processes. You will conduct follow-ups and problem analyses using Lean tools. Operators manage the operation of associated equipment within a section. This includes preparations for new processes, monitoring during the process, and concluding actions (cleaning, etc.) after the process is completed.

All work is standardized and it is part of all roles to work on continuous improvements. All work is conducted according to written instructions (SOP) and follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

The company operates around the clock, and you will be working shifts.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience in industry and production)
Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) is a plus.
Experience working in an aseptic environment is advantageous.
At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish are required (a test will be conducted).
Ability to work all types of shifts is required.
Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview).
Documented proficiency in systems, e.g., SAP or equivalent is advantageous.
Experience with GMP and LEAN is a plus.
Forklift license is required.
